We only process your personal data when it is allowed by law and we can use them for the purposes we will mention below. In any case, this information is needed for execution of the agreement and partially for our statutory administrative obligation.
Execution of the agreement
We use all data to execute the agreement, to get in touch with you about it and to send you a bill for it. We shall delete all information we do not need for sending bills as soon as you are no client of ours anymore. Information about a contact person will be deleted as soon as we have confirmed that the person does not work at the company anymore. Of course, we shall delete information when it is requested and we do not need the information anymore for executing the agreement or our statutory (administrative) obligations.
We would be pleased to send you a newsletter, because you are a client of us or you are in our registers. It is also possible that you have given your consent orally or via telephone. Hence, we will use your name and e-mail address to send you news and offers. Under every newsletter, we offer you the possibility to unsubscribe. We keep your information for this purpose until you have unsubscribed.
If you have started doing business with us, we will process the data that are necessary to continue doing business. These are at least your name and e-mail address and other data that are necessary to send you a bill. At the moment of payment, we get to see from which account the payment came from and who is the account holder. We keep the offers, bills and payment data for 8 years.
As a potential client, we have gathered your information through a visit of our representative or through contact by phone with our office sales team. This could have happened by handing out a business card or passing on your personal e-mail address to us for sending you information. Of course we will delete your data when it is being requested or when it is clear that we will not be doing business with you.

For the data hosting on secure servers, we have come to a processor agreement with Accensys Business Solutions P.C.
